GPS LOCK IS LOST ON MY SPORTDOG® TEK 1.5

Starting with your remote and collar off, go outdoors to an open area with a clear view of the sky.

Turn on the collar and remote and wait until you see a GPS lock on both as indicated in the images above.

NOTE: Acquiring a GPS signal lock can take several minutes.

Check your remote and collar for damage. Pay close attention to the antennas.
