HOW TO PAIR MY SPORTDOG® SPORTHUNTER® 1825X REMOTE TRANSMITTER WITH A SINGLE COLLAR
Matching the Collar Receiver to the Transmitter on Your SD-425

Ensure that your remote’s toggle switch is in the up position.
Ensure the collar receiver is off by confirming there are no lights after 10 seconds.
Press and hold the power button on the collar receiver. The Indicator Light will turn green. Continue to hold until the light goes out, then release the power button.
Press and hold the upper button with the bump on the remote transmitter until you see the collar Indicator Light flash green 5 times. Your remote transmitter and collar are now paired.
To test pairing,
- Turn the Intensity Dial to any number.
- Ensure the toggle switch is in the up position.
- Press the upper button with the bump. The collar’s Indicator Light will illuminate red. Be careful not to touch the contact points to avoid feeling the stimulation.
- If there is no red light, repeat the pairing process.
