MODES EXPLAINED FOR THE SPORTDOG® FIELDTRAINER 425X AND SPORTHUNTERS 825X/ 1225X

WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR MODE?

Changing modes allows you to change what each button on your remote transmitter does. You would change modes when:

• You are adding another dog to your system and need to put your remote transmitter in a multiple dog mode.
  
  
• Your remote transmitter comes factory set to mode 5. If you want one of your buttons to signal a vibration, you will need to change your mode.
  
  
• You received a new remote transmitter under warranty and need to change the mode to what you had on your previous remote transmitter.
  
  
• You accidentally changed your mode and need to get it back in the mode it was in previously.
