The Collar Doesn’t Respond to My SportDOG® 825X
Make sure the antenna is hand-tight.
Make sure both units are fully charged.
- If fully charged and powered on, the collar receiver should blink green every 5 seconds, and the remote transmitter’s Indicator Light will illuminate green when a button is pressed.
