THE DOG’S DIRECTION INDICATOR IS NOT WORKING ON MY SPORTDOG® TEK 1.5 REMOTE

Confirm that both the collar and remote are turned off. Then turn them on when you are outside, away from buildings and vehicles.

Confirm the collar has a GPS lock.

If no GPS lock check that the antenna is tight, free from damage, and properly oriented.

Make sure you are in an area with a direct line of sight to the sky.
