TRAINING IS GREYED OUT ON MY SPORTDOG® TEK 1.5 HANDHELD

Verify that the handheld is set to TRACKING AND TRAINING and not just TRACKING. You can do this by following the steps below:

1. From the main menu,select SETTINGS by highlighting it and pressing the Right Arrow Key.
2. Select General, and on the next page make sure it reads TRACKING AND TRAINING. If it reads TRACKING ONLY, press the Right Arrow Key.

Verify the dog is not suspended. You can do this by following the steps below:

1. rom the main menu, select DOG LIST by highlighting it and pressing the Right Arrow Key.
2. Highlight the desired dog listed and press the Right Arrow Key until the Message box reads “DOG NAME RESUME”.
